Their service charges are reasonable and around a couple of hundred cheaper than others as I researched beforehand. Lynn Freeman was my contact and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. I think your expertise on this plays a massive role. Lynn, It won’t be this possible this quicker without your nonstop direct support and guidance really. My wife was like, perfectionist Lynn is there, you don’t need to worry about anything, just follow Lynn’s in detail email instructions and update! She is the best and a gem for Warring Partnership.    Rebecca was superb in dealing with the sale of our home and the purchasing of a new one. It wasn't the most straightforward of transactions, as the house sale was being split between me and my former partner and the purchase for me alone. Also, completion dates were different for both. Rebecca kept me updated at every stage and even provided updates to the estate agents, when they weren't progressing things. Overall, the service was excellent and I would happily recommend The Waring Partnership and Rebecca to anyone buying or selling a home.

When I raised this this with him he simply put the phone down on me. Going by this person's attitude, I would have little confidence in this firm to respect me or my business.

Don't be fooled by online quotes and lawyers with hidden charges, you will pay for it in time, stress and eventually your pocket!
