   Nursery booked an ice cream van with us and our driver went on time served them ice cream he was there on time they wanted to change the time after booking with us as we didn’t have that slot available but they thought they can keep driver waiting there if we did we would let anyone down we didn’t charge them booking fee but when driver went there they came out 15 mins late and then accused us being late 15 mins even though one of their staff first came out earlier which didn’t have clue about ice cream van booked we are small bussiness and one of their staff left us negative review we never had any complaints about our commitment in last 8 years since we are trading but clearly can see from their reviews of miss communication. I can’t believe where children go to learn something how can their Staff can make up lies like this and be unprofessional.

   My daughter has now been at be happy nursery for just under a year. She has come on leaps an bounds with the support an encouragement from the nursery. Been at this nursery has had such a positive impact on her personally and academically. Usually finding it hard to settle the nursery and team members have don above an beyond to make my daughter feel settled comfortable an reassured at all times. She is constantly engaged happy motivated and exited to be in nursery and this couldnt make me happier to know i made the right choice for her.

   I started working at Be Happy about a month ago, I have enjoyed every moment of it, all of the practitioners have a positive attitude towards working and the children in general, we all work amazingly as a team. We carry out adult led activities at least twice a day to suit the needs of all the children, children have art work that they take home daily. I would highly recommend this nursery to new parents who are looking for somewhere with a chilled out environment and amazing practitioners :)

   I have recently started this setting as a room leader and it's Absolutely fantastic! Amazing members of staff, always happy and smiling, It’s so much fun and very welcoming. The manager Sana is very caring and looks after her staff and children' needs. We set activities in general well thought out, it’s incredible how much we do in a week with the children. Without a doubt, I would recommend this setting to new parents, it really is a fantastic place for children to learn, develop, have fun and be loved.

   Such a lovely place, really friendly staff, lovely engaging activities set out daily. It’s so reassuring for me to know that children are having fun and improving their social and emotional skills, through new friendships and building more confidence daily. Seeing children settle in and gain confidence whilst improving their language as we learn and play really makes me really happy and proud to be part of this wonderful team.

   As a nursery manager It is my responsibility for implementing change, improving quality. As a nursery we promote to provide the highest standard of childcare. There are a variety of ways staff are rewarded to not only show appreciation for their hard work but also a simple thank you.These include 'Employee of the Month, competition between the rooms, to see who has the best activities set. Which in return will be rewarded with new resources for the room to help further development of the children. However the most rewarding part of the job is celebrating children's individual achievements and being able to share those alongside parents is the greatest feeling. I work alongside a brilliant team who are dedicated to achieve and maintain outstanding childcare for the families that attend our nursery.
