   Very very friendly and kind staff, helpful and accommodating. I only took off one star as the price went up. The supervised reports at the beginning of this journey were good and accurate, after that it was only handovers but that was all good. My thanks to all of you for your service. I shall miss you all but I'm glad I don't have to use the centre any more.

   Found this to be expensive and website was not straight forward. Some of the rooms are small. Some reports took a while to arrive. Staff were good and polite. When my ex messed me and the centre around, staff did there best to accommodate. Staff stayed neutral which is not easy. Place was clean and tidy. Lots of things for parents and child to do together. Would recommend

   Have used this centre before it’s change in management and it’s now even better then before. Always accommodating & friendly with clear communication from Daria,Grace,Esther,Nadine & Khosi. If the friendly attitudes & personalities wasn’t enough I’m always encouraged by the neutral and level headed bias these ladies display. My little sassy princess enjoys seeing her fan club

   The distress my child has been put under has been heartbreaking! I had to resort to VOICE recording hand overs due to the lies the staff made in reports. My children have been under scrutiny and are questioned intensely weekly regarding their home life yet I am the victim of DV and my children are living with myself after fleeing their abusive father, however they seem to have forgot which parent it is that has been ordered supervised contact! Unfortunately I’ve also come to the knowledge that it is a volunteer based service, as commendable as that it this also leaves me with serious concerns regarding the qualifications and experience the staff lack when it comes to my children. Please contact CAFCASS if you have genuine concerns as they ARE professionally trained when it comes to reading children and know what a child requires and the emotions that come with the neglect of their wishes.

   I personally have used this center as single father and as it was court ordered I found myself coming into contact with pretty much all of the staff as we was having supervised sessions. I had many fears previously and no prior knowledge of what to expect. However upon using this service, not only was they the most factual and accurately able to monitor the sessions giving truthful reports. After the sessions ended, and them being after a extended period of no access, I would find myself emotional shattered and in many case close to tears after saying goodbye. The words of comfort they provided me in these time will forever stay with me. The staff are incredible in the fact the can provide support from all angles and if I have ever come across a service which was 5*. Every single member of staff of this contact centre has achieved this.

   Absolutely horrendous service! Would not recommend what so ever takes weeks even to get a reply back from a referral online form they’re communication is abysmal DONT NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

   Thank you so much for reconnecting my children with there father. It was with a heavy heart to use this route, however I was reassured by all the staff and there professionalism. I feel throughout, my childrens voices were heard and any concerns were listened too. A special thank you to Jade, ellie and Sharon, who showed nothing but empathy and understanding throughout my time at the centre. The staff have made a huge difference in my opinion of a contact centre, keep up the good work.

   I want to thank all your staff especially Julia and Jade for making my son and I feel so welcomed and relax. I must say I had my reservations around supervised contacts and the image it may have portrayed to my son but your team made this so easy and comfortable that I forgot that the contact was supervised. Your detailed reports are now going to be forwarded and I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year and I hope that you are able to keep uniting families together.    Edit after response from the "owner". For your own child sake do not use this place, they have no clue how to read a child. They take everything a 6 year old says as it being true including when the child isn't showing distress but say they are scared. Try to speak with cafcass as they have far better options that are also free. In the event they are unable to help you due to lack of funding (my reason for using voice of the child) do avoid this place at all costs.
