   I go there twice a week to have my lunch, to meet other people and to take part in the afternoon activities, which, although trivial, are enjoyable. Lunch costs £6 and is 2 course Monday to Thursday, and 3 course on Friday. The meal is cooked on the premises and is of a good standard. Normally, about 25 to 30 people attend, with a few more on Fridays because of the 3 course meal. Over 40 attend on special days for events like the Coronation, St George's day, and Christmas when the room is decorated. Most people go by minibus, which picks up only in the environs of Crowthorne, but others go by the 194 bus service from farther afield or by car. There is parking for about a dozen cars, which, however, gets completely full on Fridays because of the more popular meal and the fact that the minibuses do not run on that day. The room is large and airey with office and kitchen off. It was rebuilt about 3 years ago, during which time COATS relocated to the nearby Wellington College.
