I didn't even get a quote but my review is based on the advice of Richard regarding my Mum's unoccupied property. He showed empathy and gave me great advice. This alone would make me return to Howden for a quote in the future.
After giving a frightening price for my annual renewal they did a bit of research and came back with an excellent price couldn't fault their service and would highly recommend.
They've not got back to me after 2 days and my, possible, business with them has been arranged elsewhere. Sorry but that's how it is!
