   They are charging an absurd amount for the most basic checks related to my mortgage application. They charged me £180 for the document fee, but also made me pay an additional fee for first-class postage on the documents! On top of all the charges, they still haven't been able to correctly update my new home address in the official forms (yes you had one job), despite me requesting multiple times for them to fix it. I’m due to move to my new address in two weeks, yet I’m still only receiving estimated offers and have no idea what I’ll actually be charged.

   Staff were rude, first time buyers but it took 5 months to get us in a empty house. The woman dealing with us was hardly in the office and charged us money for paperwork we signed and sent off. Never using them again, would not recommend.

   Instructed Beightons on a recommendation from the Estate Agents. Have had nothing but problems with them. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff, virtually no communications. I have had to do all the chasing and have definitely not received any satisfactory service for the money we have paid.
