Easy to understand a direct understandable conversation. Not to many questions. The only downside for me is as I am dyslexic is the emails I have received since insuring my dog. I can’t comment on the cover as I’ve only been with the company for a week or so. But what I was told, the cover sounds good
Excellent service, friendly sympathetic member of staff. Explained the process of a claim and was a great help. I received notice of every step and even a sympathy card when my dog was killed. I was so impressed, I used Petgevity for my new pets insurance. Thank you
I am sorry to say I would not recommend this company at all I changed to this company after a previous company (Petsure) had reduced a claim because the vets fees were deemed excessive. When taking out the insurance for my dog I opted not to take out cover for an existing condition of "fits". Sadly my dog was diagnosed with an inoperable cancer of the liver and I made the decision to let her go. I made a claim for the end of life care. They refused the claim on the grounds that the cancer was linked to her fits. Based on the view of the vet they may have been linked after they asked the question. I queried how that decision was arrived at when all blood tests had shown no problems with liver function and her two siblings suffered with fits. I was then told to contact vets with a view to proving there was no connection. The company refused requests from vets as to what information they wanted. I have now called it a day Yes Petgevity (previously trading as Petsure )you have won Don't bother with any patronising comments similar to those "we are sorry to hear of the passing of my dog. Should have guessed your a grab all company when I saw an email originating from (the insurance factory)
I got a policy for two my cats online and I needed to change some details I had put in wrong dates and phoned and got amazing service. The best deals huge savings from other insurers. Very happy with how professional and helpful this company and staff are. Very happy thanks again. Would strongly recommend to my friends and family.
Great value pet insurance, almost half the price for the same level of cover I previously had with different insurers. Lifetime policy included as standard, I now have great peace of mind for my little loki at an affordable rate.

I've given 4 stars as this is our first time using Petsure UK. It was all very straightforward to use the website and get the cover required. Hopefully we won't need to use the insurance for a few years, but would like to feel that we have our pet protection. We took out the policy after reading other people's reviews.
Worst pet insurance ever. Please avoid. They are happy to take your money, but when it's come to making a claim, they are not interested. They lose claim forms, important information, ie vets reports, invoices and so on. You are for ever repeating yourself. I've put a complaint in twice and still get ignored. I'm now fighting for my money back as I'm not getting a service I'm paying for.
