    After having an accident the first thing I did was panic due to not being on the road however after being recommended by a friend, the LRS team was there straight away within 20 minutes. They had dealt with my whole claim from start to finish and had provided me with a curtesy car which suited me within 30 minutes. The service provided by Omar and his team at LRS was nothing but professional from the get go. The claim was dealt with and money straight into my account within a matter of weeks.     Had a conversation with Faheem who was honest, to the point and explained things in a language I understood (without the jargon that I find confusing). He was polite, listened attentively and advised accordingly which Iā€™m grateful for. My regret is that I did not consult with Faheem (and the company) prior to speaking with my insurance company.
