   Friendly staff, but difficult to get free soft drinks, while playing, as a member as the staff don't walk around enough and stay in one area.

   Great Card Room. Has a buffet, both cooked and snacks etc to help yourself to and overall friendly vibe, The guy who runs it is very nice. Jackpots are run better than most places. There is a league but that's only really relevant to local players. Be warned, if you wanna play 1/2 probably not for you as frequency of straddle makes it essentially 2/5 game, With players allowed to match the biggest stack, I arrived 30 minutes in and there were players with already well over a grand on the table. Also don't expect the receptionists to know anything about the card room. May visit again when I have the bankroll for it but definitely not somewhere you can play as a intermediate or beginner player.

   I just want to highlight a horrible experience here. Me and my 4 year old son was waiting for bus at bus stop. When started raining as there was no bus shelter, myself and my son was waiting in front of this casino to use its entrance as a shelter. Some staff (I believe, receptionist) asked to move out from there. Myself and my son was waiting in rain for rest of the time. It was really hurting and I am never expecting such a behaviour from any casino or shops. No respect for humans!

   This organisation should be banned from any form of gambling. Their online casino is a total scam... so many users have same issue with them, and they refuse to help any of them.... preventing customers from taking their winnings !!

   From signing on to leaving all the staff were polite and friendly. Quiet when we arrived around 21:30 on a Friday but much busier when we left astound midnight. My only gripe is that the bar staff wouldn’t let me order a soft drink at the bar, they suggested I get a free one once I was playing something. But no-one ever approached me for a drink order!

   I caught COVID here. B*stards. Overall, after 2 visits, I am up £3,90. Some of the gamblers get quite aggressive. Quite a tense environment overall. Drinks were reasonable. Food was hit and miss. 3 stars.
