The driver dumped my shopping on the pavement and wouldn't help a disabled person. He need training in customer care skills.
Absolutely disgusting company!!! Their drivers dump rubbish, fly tip in broad daylight on camera then try denying it. Driver caught dumping a load of broken concrete slabs in a layby then refused to pick them up when confronted with evidence. Clearly a company with no morals and no regard for the local area and the public.
Fast efficient, well knowledgeable as expected with luxurious and well looked after cause the drivers are really respectful and polite. From my experience. Using this company. You should most definitely feel confident that although every company may have those in ploy, it doesn’t represent the values in my experience of this company, so far five stars is not enough, They’re really well priced which is important. Many drivers in my past experience, using taxi services often find ways to add the pound and the pennies wherever they can. This is most definitely not the case and the app links to the company is a great way to see where your driver is, how much it will cost you, and the journey time this alone deserves five stars for its flexibility, easy access

We booked a cab to and from Derby station yesterday. Arrived on time, good rates and the drivers were friendly and polite. Will be using the taxi firm from now on
I phoned for a taxi, it was Sunday eve at 8:45pm, The taxi arrived in 2 minutes, the driver was really polite and friendly, I got hine really quickly in a comfortable vehicle- all good!!!
Driver was very good, polite and chatty which was nice and he seemed very knowledgeable of the area.
The driver was polite and efficient and even arrived early. It was a pleasant journey, which I always get with Western Cars.
I gave the postcode of the destination to the office when I booked over the phone. I asked for a price - was told £15. Booked it. Despite all this info the driver got lost on the way to the destination. What should have been a 25- 30 minute journey ended up being 45 mins. Not only that- he was v rude and charged me £35 even though it was his fault that we got lost. Very rude when I pointed this out to him. (He claimed he didn’t have the right address and there are multiple offices as multiple taxi companies are merging together- I appreciate it’s a hectic time for the company but this is not my problem to deal with and pay for their mistakes and lack of organisation). He then tried to ask me if I would like a lift back with him for my return journey. V rude driver. Poor service and I will not recommend them or use them again.
Excellent booking service my driver today was polite. Joined our conversation which was most welcome even helped us carry our shopping to the door and wished us a merry Christmas. So we thanked the guy and gave him a generous tip. Service such as this guy gave us is hard to come by these days. He well deserved every single quid. Thankyou.
