    I recently used Eagle City Cars and was thoroughly impressed with their service. The driver arrived promptly, was polite, and drove safely throughout the journey. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The fare was very reasonable as compared to other providers for an out of town ride. Overall a good experience. I’ll definitely be using Eagles again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a quality taxi service.

    Never again will I use eagle city cars a again my son was very poorly and need to get to A&E they where going to send an ambulance but I said I'd get there quicker myself by taxi has only round the corner and unfortunately my baby was a bit sick down himself due to his temp being over 40 taxi driver didn't say anything until we arrived at A&E and then told me I had to pay a £75 charge just because my baby was a bit sick

    Made us wait for 20 minutes and when I called they said to call back with the number I used when I called which I did . rude people who accept the call because as I was asking how much time it would take and he just hung up. Price of advice when someone books tell them the price and time it would take to pick a customer up would not recommend

    I just wanted to leave a good review for this taxi company,because they are reliable and the taxi driver I got was really nice.I actually forgot my phone in the taxi in the rush to my train and I rang them quickly from some else’s phone and the taxi was there in 2 minutes ,he came so speedy and was so kind and nothing was a bother! And plus very affordable prices! Highly recommend over Uber!!

    By far the best taxi company in Derby. Used them Friday to get back to Burton. Left my wallet inside the cab. Woke up Saturday couldn’t remember who I used let’s say it was a good night. Rang me Sunday morning saying there have my wallet. Fantastic big thanks
