   Dr. Arambage performed a hysterectomy on me as I was suffering from Stage 3 endometriosis.  Dr.Arambage immediately saw the problem in my first consultation and understood the pain I was going through for the last 4 years. After the second consultation, I completed trusted him as he explained the procedure to me in detail. He is calm, patient and explains everything in detail. I am glad and grateful to found him. Fiona his secretary made my whole journey smooth and made sure to follow up with me on a time-to-time basis. the surgery was organized quickly and the entire process was efficient. I will be grateful to Dr.Arambage for looking after me and making sure I was comfortable with the surgery. I will keep him in my prayers for life. He is the best gynecologist ever and I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from endometriosis.

   I saw Mr Arambage for pelvic pain associated with endometriosis and adenomyosis. I found his assessment was thorough and his explanation helped me to understand the condition and decide to have a hysterectomy. The surgery went well and I'm currently recovering as expected.    I don't have enough words to recommend Mr Arambage highly enough. He is the third gynecologist that I have seen for my endometriosis, adenomyosis and PMDD. It has been a difficult journey, on which he and his equally wonderful secutary Fiona have supported me with kindness, compassion and effeciency. I have had two surgical procedures including a total hysterectomy with Mr Arambage, it goes without saying that he is an excellent surgeon. I am hopeful that my journey with Endometriosis ends here, but if not I take comfort knowing that I will be a in the very best hands.

   I had first class treatment at the Manor Hospital Oxford in the hands of my consultant Dr Kirana Arambage who treated me for multiple fibroids and suspected endometriosis, he reassured me and kept me informed and at ease prior and post surgery, now six weeks post op the painful and life impacting symptoms from this condition have disapeared. I am so thankful for the way I was treated and would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Arambage.
