   I’ve been using Onyx for a just over a year now for work travel and other journeys and I would like to say that they always go above and beyond. The small details they take into account making each journey I’ve had with them feel thoughtful and personalised is what makes them unique which as a whole adds to the comfort of the experience. Recently they made my sisters special day very special. Not just by meeting our expectations but exceeding them.    Superb chauffeur service, door to door from home to Heathrow in style - we had 3 adults and 2 kids, and more suitcases than necessary, but they all fitted in the lovely Mercedes V Class luxury vehicle. We were greeted with a welcome gift, water was available and the driver was safe and friendly. A Admin from the office was easy to use and I felt comfortable that they would definitely arrive when required. A text before each pick up was comforting too. Would highly recommend.

   The driver Scott arrived right on time and greeted us with a friendly demeanor. The car was spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable ride. Scott was sensible and safe, which I really appreciated. He also went above and beyond by helping with our luggage, both loading and unloading it with care.    I used Onyx Transport on December 14. I had initially booked a train to go from Leicester to London and then to Gatwick Airport where I had a flight from at 11:30am. However, the trains to Gatwick Airport were all cancelled due to train strikes!!! Luckily I got into contact with the staff at Onyx and they set up my ride for that day! I made it well on time and was extremely pleased with the service. With the continuous train strikes, I will most definitely be using Onyx Transport going forward. Did I forgot to mention how beautiful the car was?! Pure luxury!!!!

   We booked a return journey from West Bridgford to Heathrow Airport with Onyx. Their Mercedes vehicles were immaculate and so comfortable, great for longer journeys. The drivers were very polite, and communication was excellent throughout - The team tracked our flight and sent updates via text before each pick-up. Professionals from start to finish, I would absolutely use this service again, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing an airport transfer.

   My partner and I booked with this company for a journey from derby to London, we were highly impressed by the professionalism of Onyx transport and would highly advise anyone to book their service. The vehicle was extremely clean and staff were very friendly and welcoming whilst maintaining a professional manner. Refreshments were available, social distancing and covid regulations were followed well. 5 Stars given as deserved! Will definitely book again.
