    I wish I can give no stars. Apart from being relatively 'cheap' they should be avoided. The never arrive on time even if you call an hour ahead of time. And if you call the operator's tone is as if he is shouting at you like it's your fault. I rarely give bad reviews but it's getting out of hand. Definitely not a great service

    They currently have a driver who works for them who racially abuses people and threats with violence and we are aware is also on bail for GBH............when approached A2B just hang up see,s they are not concerned for anyones safety

    HORRIBLE and just don't go for this. THey give publicity saying its starts with a low fare..however, their meters run fastest on the earth and they ditch you the last minute. I used their service twice - first time I paid much higher than other cars as their meter simply gallops. and second exp was when I was going on a tour to Europe and had to catch a bus from Leicester. I called them at 1:15AM in the night - a 5 seater which they promised. I called that night at 8PM again and was told everything is in place and a5 seater will be there at the time mentioned. To my shock and disbelief, no body turned up . when called, the night shift operator/manager said she is unaware of what I have spoken with B-shift manager at 8PM and that she can't help as they dont have a 5 seater. That was a disaster for me. MY advice - they people are real cheats and stay away from them. Even poor to fair is a very high rating for them - they don't deserve to be in business and should be sued for cheating and harassing people.
