   I’m not pleased with your service as a first timer. You showed me a rate of £5.9 before embarking on a trip, and at the end of the trip I was charged £6.99, while on your drivers app the trip rate was £6.4. So why the inconsistency and over charging??? I need a refund.

   I am very disappointed with the pricing inconsistency I experienced during my recent taxi journey. When I booked the ride through the app, it showed one price, but when I entered the car, the meter displayed a different amount. To make things worse, when I attempted to pay online at the end of the trip, the price was even higher than what was shown on the meter. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and makes the service feel unreliable and difficult to trust. As a customer, I expect clear and consistent pricing from the time of booking to the moment of payment. I kindly request that you review this issue.

   I requested a taxi and specifically told the guy from reception I will pay by card . The driver was driving horrendous and I asked him if he can drive a bit carefully because I was scared he ignored me. When I arrived to the destination and I told him I pay by card he started shouting saying that I should tell him before because he wouldn’t take me I decided to take some cash out at the cash machine and when I came back he asked me for £0.50 (because he doesn’t have any change) that I didn’t had so he became angry again. Once I paid I said thank you and he didn’t even looked at me . I have never experienced such a rude driver and such a bad service.

   I called to request a taxi. I was told it would be a few minutes, after 20 minutes of waiting outside in the cold there was no taxi. I called the company to ask where my confirmed taxi was, and I was asked to book again. They had completely lost my booking and wasted much of my evening. Would not recommend.
