Arrived on time but outward journey the driver drove twice the distance to increase the fare. Inbound journey, straightforward journey back but we were charged more. We were from and back to a hotel but were all local, just wanted a bevy. Would not use again.

booked to be taken home after a long night no problems when booking. waited over 45 minutes but they didn't turn up after calling multiple times but didn't answer been used before and driver was rude and inconsiderate simple terrible service
Absolutely shocking!!! A no show even after waiting a thurther half on the say so a taxi would get to me... then to be told 5 mins away. Then to be told sorry i can't get to you. Hung up on me. Very rude taxi was booked 3 hrs in advance. Taxi service had my number and could have had the decency to let me know!
Booked to take us all home from a family wedding (2 adults & 2 children) this evening at 10pm...everything OK when I booked... Simply didn't show up... we waited over 35 minutes in case was running late but no show. Tried to phone on many an occasion but no answer. Luckily managed to get a lift home, still no text or call that the taxi actually turned up. Simply unreliable..
Avoid at all costs. We booked two vehicles to transport a wedding party of 10 people with a nice receptionist. One 8-seater turned up!! The driver had to phone and couldn't get another vehicle, so did two fast and furious journeys to get everyone there in time. On the return journey, they turned up with 2 vehicles but the first driver became very threatening when told that the money would be paid to the second driver because the person with the money was in the second car. Never to be used again.
Do not use, very unreliable! We phoned them three days before our flight to book. Booking was taken no problems, we phoned the night before to confirm the booking and once again confirmed. The morning of the flight no taxi! Telephoned them to see where they were and they said they didn’t have a booking for us.i told them not to bother and called arrow from the airport who were cheaper anyway. If I could give zero I would, totally useless!!
