I would like to commend Noel and Ashley in radiology far their care and consideration when my replaced knee was x rayed. They were so gentle and caring to minimise any pain during the procedure.
Cannot fault the Circle Hospital. I had a hip operation in June this year, 2024 and 4 months later doing the things I love to do, after years of being in pain, and unable to walk very far. Thank you Mr Pollard. Aftercare a marvellous experience, thanks to the whole nursing team and not forgetting all the physio team for making sure all was well and good, after being bombarded with so many questions and reassuring me in a very professional and positive manner. I have to say what a fantastic place to have my hip replacement. Every member of staff has been marvellous. I am going to write other reviews But I do need to mention one particular member of staff. When I walked onto the ward I was greeted by Ben a nurse who was just finishing a night shift at 7:30 in the morning. You would have thought he had just started with a huge smile and a very calming influence. Which is just what you want when you’re coming in for what I think seems a very scary procedure. I’ve now just seem him again starting his nightshift with the same huge smile explaining what I need to for discharge and my last night here. Having worked shift work all my life I know how hard it is to be so energetic at the end of a long 12hr shift. So a huge thank you to Ben for making it as relaxing experience as it can be ! Keep up the amazing work.
I’ve been there 5-6 times and found reception staff always very rude and unattentive!! I wonder who hired them and why aren’t they trained!! Doctors are good though…but beware they like making money
I had a surgery on 18 of May starting from the reception to the doctors they were so helpful and kind very polite always with a smile thaks u all for the great job god bless you all and also those who work behind the scenes .
