   Booked via taxi code for 8 of us to be picked up from pub in the wood at 11.10 at night. Payed £62.00 for a 7 mile journey. Never turned up! When I contacted for refund I was asked for gps or photos to prove we were there. Luckily I had an uber screenshot which we booked after the no show. I then got a reply saying they were there at 11.10 in the morning! No refund absolute disgrace shocking service

   Booked a return journey three weeks in advance to coincide with check in/check out of holiday accommodation. He was early 1hr 15mins because he had another job later. Then arrived late for the return, telling us he needed the toilet. He then proceeded to drive out of the accommodation site that has children walking around it via a no entry route, saying it doesn’t matter when challenged. He failed to put on the meter for the return saying it was an agreed fare despite no such agreement having been made. Big man attitude that did not like being challenged.

   Massively let down by this firm. We pre-booked a taxi to take us from Buxton to the Holiday Fellowship hotel at Thorpe, only for the taxi not to show up. Was told they had no knowledge of the booking, even though the booking had involved two phone calls two weeks prior. Having been let down we were told to make our own arrangements which meant a much greater expense, being on a metered rather than pre-booked rate. Not a good experience for us.

   Very polite, efficient and friendly people. Reasonably priced and arrived at the time requested. If I leave a message they call back very quickly and give me a realistic time for when they can arrive. When I pre-book a taxi they have always arrived at the agreed time. The cars are clean and tidy. I don't have a single complaint about their service.

   Price to expensive. 2.6 miles cost £20. Was told it would be £12. Will be using another Ashbourne taxi firm from now on. Normally I give a tip but not at this price

   Would definitely not recommend. We were charged £10 for a 1.8 mile journey with no meter running. We asked the driver if we could pre-order a taxi to pick us up to take us home for them not to turn up. I rang and asked where they were and was told it would be an additional £10 charge for the 1.8 mile journey home. Extortionate!

   I was charged £35 for a 7 mile journey, did not tell us the price when we asked Muhammad Saleem up front. He was very rude when we asked him to justify his pricing. I would never use this firm and our hotel were staggered when we told them of our experience. Please do not use this firm.
