   Picked us up 20 minutes late with no warning. Then sat at a crossroads debating the quickest route home for three minutes. After asking for a discount because of the wait, he was extremely rude and argumentative. I understand and made it clear that we know he wasn't solely responsible but the lack of an apology was shocking in my opinion.
