I originally came to see Sonja for marriage counselling with my husband. Within 8 short weeks she had really changed things for the better between us and helped us to communicate and understand each others needs better. I couldn’t believe how quickly we went from the brink of separation to both working hard at our relationship and enjoying our marriage again! I then continued to see Sonja for some one to one therapy regarding my own personal traumas and have had the best experience with her. She just has an aura which puts you straight at ease and you just know you can trust her from the get go. I have discovered more about myself and put to bed more of my last traumas than I have ever done in any therapy I’ve had in the past. I’m not usually one to post reviews but I can whole heartedly say, if you’re considering therapy you should go and see Sonja, and just trust the process, it really has worked for me!
