Roughly 2 years ago and it's taken me this long to digest how badly I was treated here. Echoing the comments of the other reviewer, I wasn't listened to, I was asked the same questions over and over again and if there were any deviations I was made to feel like I was lying to them. I told them at the outset what I wanted from the sessions and after 1 interview, 5 sessions (on the phone) and then a final interview I was told there was nothing they could do. It took so much energy and effort to start the process and I waited months to be made to feel like I wasted their time. I've just got the confidence back to try and find another professional to help me and I will not be going anywhere near this shambles.
