Horrendous noise nuisance to hundreds of local residents. Ridiculously loud banging at all hours of the night, engines left running, horns beeping and people shouting constantly 24 hours a day.
Awful customer service and communication. Do not bother downloading the UPS App as it is there to simply provide false information. Terrible. Stay away and use DHL or Fed Ex in the future.
Delivering here is hit and miss but, mostly miss. Today I was told it was, "doing a courtesy", to go all the way around the yard to get on a bay that was 20 feet away. We've been coming in and using the same bay for years - it's too tight to blind it so, going the way we go still makes it tight but, good side. Been here two hours and it turns out security didn't radio through to say I was here. Useless, utterly useless.
UPS is broken, avoid using at all costs. I had a £100,000 piece of precision equipment go missing for 8 weeks - after hours of phone calls and many emails I discovered it at a UPS depot 25 miles away. The UPS call centre in India refused to arrange delivery as they said the item was lost - even though I informed them where it was. In the end it required a 50 mile round trip and a robust discussion before eventually recovering the equipment.
No care given to the safe delivery of parcels. Out of 3 parcels delivered all 3 were badly damaged over a 1k worth of damage. No remorse. The driver openly admitd they are one of the worst and recommended DPD. Unfortunately I don't have a say on who delivers otherwise I would go with other companies
Work there for the past two years in goods in and out, finished my shift on Saturday morning after night shift and told to ring the agency about my shift for the following week. And guess what terminated no explanation. Think one of the supvisers wanted me gone I wasn't there to be friends, I was there to do the job best to my ability. 19-02-22
Not the worst place to work. Easy and clean but then when drivers get report for things they just sack you without investigating anything or shall I say tell the agencies your not longer required.

I have been having many issues with your delivery service and becoming extremely frustrated with the lack customer service support. For 2 days in a row I haven't recieved my parcels, both days I was at home waiting and I get the notification saying sorry we missed you. Not a single knock or doorbell ring. If I could just have this rescheduled to pick up as your delivery drivers in derby seem incompetent to deliver an actual parcel that would be grand
