   Very unprofessional, too many office staff stepping on eachothers toes and the few workers that practically do the jobs for them. After working for this firm I soon noticed I'd be running the whole job for them even though my job role stated site welder. They made me set up limited paying out my own pocket. I had to liase with 5 different people daily to update the progress and any concerns so my role of site welder soon changed to what I would call a production manager. I shared all my ideas of the job from day 1 with ideas of what the job would need to proceed and to get the job done quicker. I got told to brake up for Christmas sooner and to return the 11th of Jan which got delayed 3 times with no one from the company contacting me. In the end I got a call mid feb to say the job weren't going ahead and it would cost to much but I've found out they have set on 2 more welders local to the job and worked of my ideas to continue production. I would strongly advice anyone wanting to join this company to steer clear. To many unprofessional office staff and not enough workers.
