We have been using InXpress for the last 3 years and I can confirm that they are a brilliant company to work with. Their online system is extremely simple and easy to navigate around. The company have a dedicated contact team with telephone operatives to assist if you are unsure about anything - Melissa in particular is always brilliant so helpful and knowledgeable. The rates for TNT and DHL are substantially lower than going direct to the source. I would definitely recommend InXpress to anyone looking to move shipments/parcels at a decent rate!
STAY AWAY. BOOKED A COLLECTION FOR A MONDAY SPOKE TO COMPANY TO CONFIRM THE COLLECTION. INTERN WAS SPOKEN TO RUDELY AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO COLLECTIONS OUT. A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER COURIER DRIVER TURNS UP TO COLLECT GOODS. RELAYED THE FEEDBACK. THE COMPANY RANDOMLY DISABLED MY ACCOUNT. IN THE MIST OF ALL THIS OUR CUSTOMER WAS THE UNFORTUNATE ONE WHO MISSED OUT ON HIS DELIVERY. SUCH DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!
