   Shop name: Spondon Convenience Very bad experience with this store/ Evri ParcelShop. Each time I drop off a parcel, the shop owner asks me to carry it to the back of the store and put it directly into the Evri collection bag myself. I believe this is unreasonable because: • The shop is already paid a handling fee by Evri, so it should be the owner’s responsibility, not the customer’s. The main benefit for the shop is not only the handling fee itself, but also the additional foot traffic that may boost sales of their own products. WHY LAZY TO DO IT? • Leaving the collection bag openly accessible creates a serious security risk – parcels could easily be tampered with or stolen. On one occasion, he did not scan my parcel at drop-off. If I hadn’t returned the next day to insist that his staff scan it, I would have been very worried that the parcel could have gone missing. This small but serious behavior reflects the shop’s overall approach, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious when shopping there & using this ParcelShop. I believed buying household goods or daily essentials at next few walk co-op is much more convenient & comfortable!! Very disappointed and would not recommend.
