Had my parcel go to officers I work at , we have 24/7 security at the door. The delivery guy didn’t even attempt to deliver my parcel and put down as no one was at the address… I paid extra for delivery for this terrible service never again will I use dhl for this reason

DHL is a TOTAL mess. Let me explain why - since August 2025, to import car parts to US, DHL claims US customs asks for the 1040 income statement with IRS with SSN (although form 6166 is the form indicated by IRS to state one is a US Tax payer - but one does not share the SSN via email in US!) And guess what, DHL is bad enough, unprofessional enough, that ask my SSN copy this via email! A total lack of professionalism. Second, on a 700 sterling pounds ($1,000) order, DHL charges 190.75 USD, because is too ignorant to calculate the rights fees, and at the expense of the customers, covers their back... and the invoice does not even matches the amount - again totally unprofessionally. Oh, by the way, if this was not enough, their estimate time for delivery still is pointing for yesterday... I guess German precision is something of the past... Independently, DHL sucks... stay with UPS.

Lucy Ryan just rocks!!!!!. Had the pleasure of dealing with Lucy who was such a breath of fresh air when I combine two items that were not allowed. Electronics and liquids. Lucy took it upon herself to call and explain the situation by initially leaving a voice mail and then following it up with a call. Within 24 hours the item was back on track on shipment. So glad I am continuing to use DHL and it’s refreshing to know they do their best in customer satisfaction. Lucy thanks again for the pleasant call and the infections candid humour. All the best. Only using the bus stops here so no info on the business, note bus times given by Google for the routes I use are 6-7 minutes earlier than the posted times at the stop all buses so far have been closed to the posted times than googles

DHL should be ashamed of themselves for treating their customers arrogantly. Less trust worthy with highly negligent team. They have lost my package with important documents and offer me £11.00 for compensation which is lower then the Shwarma price, I eat for lunch. Shame on themselves for such ridiculous services and not taking care of peoples packages who trust them and handed over to them. They don't help in compensating a fair amount to reproduce those docs. A zero rated company and zero rated services. Shame to the CEO for offering such a terrible services to the community and causing losses for their personal belongings without taking any accountability and responsibility.

Job advertised for HGV class 1 at EMA DHL. Got excited and put my application down. After promising to get job and will reimburse for the any of your cost after CRC check, driving induction and training and CO course for aviation. Spend my money on CRC checks, paid for the CO course, passed every stage, numerous visits to EMA. All this done just to hear on second day of training they are not proceeding with the application. No reason provided. Waisted my time, energy and cost me money. Promise of paid induction and training is all lies. The DHL is using peoples vulnerability and abusing them. In this financially tough situation company like DHL playing with peoples, wasting their time and stealing their money. Advise not to proceed with any application with them till they pay for every step. I learn that on my cost and the hard way.

Has a hgv driver I find most DHL’s to be one off the worst places to tip a trailer it’s taking two hours just to put the bay ramp on me then 45 minutes to start and all I got is excuses why it’s taking so long. 4 hours altogether
