I had a really frustrating experience with this parcel shop. I never received one of my parcels on time, and when they finally sent something, it wasn’t even the right package. The whole situation was a huge hassle to sort out, and the communication wasn’t helpful at all. It felt like they didn’t take responsibility or care about the mistake. Honestly, it was disappointing and stressful, especially when you’re relying on them to handle your deliveries properly. Definitely not somewhere I’d trust again.
