   Constant use of HGV restricted routes is not a good image for your company. Occupation Road Albert Village is unload only for HGV's not a short cut for your driver's.

   The driver-courier lied about attempted delivery. I was 8 steps away from the door at the time of the alleged delivery. I took a bloody annual leave for that delivery. I did not hear any knocks, any door bell sounds. The door bell was tested right when I called to their useless customer service that could not do anything as the driver took a photo of my door proving that the “delivery” took place. I have not had this problem with any other company. Do they not know how to knock or how to use a door bell button?!?! APC has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I used to fly Ryanair.

   I initially missed the delivery by a few minutes as was out , so opted to collect from the depot , found the place easily, had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to answer the phone but the person I spoke to was polite, friendly and efficient, happy days !!

   Very frustrating company to deal with. We have a supplier who uses DEC to send goods to our business. Every delivery DEC attempt is outside of our business hours (0900-1730). We have to call customer services and arrange to drive into their Derby depot to collect the parcels, which is an inconvenience. The drivers know we are closed, everybody knows we are closed, apart from the route planners, that is, unless they know but just don't care. The latest consignment number we have collected from your depot yesterday is 0095486

   Reviewing ahead of delivery, but wanted to write a review based on the brilliant customer service I received this morning. (I think I spoke with a James but can't quite remember!). Professional and super helpful! Went above and beyond to help me get a better delivery window and called the supplier to request some special instructions.    2 attempted deliveries and no cards left even though it had been 'carded'. The online link then didn't work to re arrange delivery and said to call the depo. So i ring the depo and it says rearrange the delivery online. I then manage to get through to main office and they have sent the delivery back to the seller. Ive only ever had experience with this courier twice and the other time i ended up collecting the parcel which is a convenient hour round trip. Would safely say keep well away from this service as it is horrendous, what's wrong with leaving the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbor like every other courier om the planet

   Two failed deliveries of medical equipment for disabled person unable to get to door. Two answerphone messages left over two days requesting call to arrange delivery to alternative address or someone to be there. No response at all, guessing items been returned to sender but no way of knowing.
