This is the worst surgery I've ever been to. The receptionists are rude, I've been messed around so much recently while trying to get blood results back, and to top it off I made a telephone appointment this morning for 7pm and I NEVER received a call; when I called back after waiting ages for this call, the surgery had closed (apparently at 6:30, so why make a 7pm phone appointment with me???) if you can find any other surgery, go to that one. I've been trying to get various appointment for various issues for over a year now and the first time I succeeded was this month. I asked for an emergency appointment and they tried to book me one for 2 weeks time, so I instead had to go to the hospital due to their own incompetence.
