    An absolute joke! They don't take large parcels apparently. So why offer parcel service, if they don't have space for it?! And shockingly rude for someone who has nothing to offer!

    They’re alright but after years of using the service, I have noticed a certain pattern which is the fact that they don’t deliver on time then come up with a lame excuse. Imagine paying for next day delivery and getting it in 2-3 days after raising expectations that your parcel is β€œon the way”, might as well just do free delivery and wait those amount of days. It honestly feels like a scam (which it’s not) and I’m not having it anymore. If I could describe them in one word, it would be UNRELIABLE

    Extremely rude! I went in to return a parcel and was struggling to scan the QR code. The man handling my parcel said, 'It's not that hard,' showing absolutely no open-mindedness. I suffer from dyspraxia, which is why I struggle to balance my phone in the correct position. Even my partner had difficulty. Go here if you want to be met with rude service!

    As an ex–employee I can tell you now: Do not use them! This whole company with its subsidiaries is a waste of money, time and stress (and everyone knows it's the old Hermes...).
