Luke M was the driver who came to collect a heavy 42kg parcel which was being returned to the supplier. Luke was very professional and on-time and lifted this box on his shoulder, which the DHL driver moaned and refused because it was too heavy and needed two men to lift. Brilliant service from SMG. Direct. I would highly recommend them. Top marks!
I was given a one hour window for delivery, then contacted by driver with exact time of delivery. My goods arrived exactly on time. Was really good not to have to hang around waiting all day. Driver was polite and very helpful. Great service.
Choice of delivery days given with one hour delivery window notified the evening before and a phone call from the driver 'David M' to advise his likely ETA. When goods arrived, driver was professional, courteous and helpful in delivering the 4 boxes to exactly where I asked. Superb 5* delivery service!
My package arrived on time. The driver was amazing. Actually brought 2 big boxes all the way up to the door of my flat, then wheeled it into my lounge on his sack Barrow. All with a smile on his face! I was very impressed. He is a credit to your company.
Well done to your driver who decided to push me out of a lane on the M1 while I had my children in the car and then was very abusive! Lovely hand gestures! I have now waited over 50 minutes on your customer service line to report the incident, which no one has answered! So I guess your customer service is as good as your drivers skills. If this is how you work as a company I feel sorry for anyone who may be waiting for you to make a delivery! Also there is no easy way to contact you on your website. So I can only assume you make it this difficult to try and avoid the complaints that your customers must be trying to make.
Terrible company! Phone just rings no answer. Waiting for delievery for 3 days ensured would be between 3.30-5.30 to be nearly 8 then 9.15 and no delievery arrived. Now we have had to request a refund of the buyer, avoid company at all costs! So much for fast reliable service!
