Insufficient information. I could not find the actual pick up point. DPD customer service were of no help. Eventually I went into the Go Local shop, a DPD pick up point according to the DPD website, only to be told by the assistant it's not a pick up point. This resulted in a delay in returning my parcels which were returned much later via the post office.
