   If you’re an Evri customer you can expect to be treated less courteously than other customers. Curt and disinterested service. I will make sure in future my parcels will be delivered elsewhere and certainly not by Evri. Interestingly, Evri on their website clearly state they are open from 8.00 - 19.00 - what they don’t say is that they’re closed from 1.00pm - 2.00pm which resulted in me wasting my time and fuel ! Incidentally their own website hours fail to mention they close for lunch too.

   This is part of Willington General Store. If you are a regular grocery shop customer known to the owners you will be treated helpfully and politely BUT if you are only a user of the Evri drop-off or collection or only an occasional purchaser of groceries then sadly your experience, like mine, will be very different. Adjectives like curt, unhelpful and uncooperative spring to mind. A sharp contrast to the other local shops in this lovely village. I would really like to be able to support this business with my custom and a positive review but having had several negative experiences there unfortunately I can't.

   Funny how the shop doesn’t exist fully on google and it’s probably down to its reviews. Do not ask for your parcels to be delivered here; you’ll only be greeted by friction, poor customer service and inconvenience. Had a large parcel delivered but went to collect not even a day after receiving a notification to say it was in store. Was greeted by a snide comment saying I should have collected it earlier due to the size of the parcel and the inconvenience the size was causing the shop! (Note, not everyone is unemployed, retired or part time!) not the first time customer service has been none existent at this place. Avoid.
