    My parcel never arrived to my house or my right hand side and left hand sides neighbours. But Evri put a photo as evidence of delivery but this picture is my house or close neighbours. For 13 days I have phoning them only I get automated answer ( we are looking at it and inform the team) same answer from day 1-13.
