    You get no help whatsoever from Stàff. They make you feel like an inconvenience. Really struggling with machine but staff just rude and tone of voice inappropriate. Not a nice experience

    Unbelievable customer service, went twice with issues. Couldn't print off my label, the lady at the counter was no help. She was very rude and ignored me when I asked her for help. Would rate it zero stars if I could.
