   I am very grateful to Riverside Counselling, and particularly to the therapist that I was allocated. My period of 6 months of therapy work with her has been incredibly helpful and valuable. I have experienced important and consistent healing and progress throughout, and in a really confortable and comforting way. I thank sincerely my therapist for the high quality sessions that she has provided me. She has been very professional and respectful. And it has been very productive because of her very much appreciated personality, support, reassurance and honesty. From my experience, I would absolutely recommend Riverside Counselling if you are in need of help. All the best to the whole team.

   I went to Riverside counselling and was introduced to yoga and meditation almost instantly as a way to help with mindfulness and anxiety. I felt like this was a massive deception as yoga and meditation are part of a Hindu spiritual practice. I went to Riverside counselling to talk about my problems But ended up getting introduced to spiritual practices. At times it felt like I was in a Hindu temple not a therapy session. I'm giving a one star rating because it is deceiving to leave people into a spiritual practice, People that attend Riverside counselling Need to know that yoga and meditation and not a form of mindfulness they are a spiritual practice.
