She answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, never making me feel rushed or silly for asking too many questions! She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt confident in each step. Her knowledge, professionalism, and kindness truly stood out, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone better to guide me through this. I am not normally one to leave reviews- always say I will and never get round to actually doing it! However, in this case I absolutely wanted to show my gratitude to both Jordan and Lorraine at LionHart. Prior to speaking with Jordan, I was on the verge of giving up. I was looking to purchase a property via shared ownership, however, I'd had some blips in my credit file that proved tricky. Every one I had previously spoken with felt super judgy and unhelpful. Jordan was so reassuring and spoke to me with kindness, which I truly appreciated at the time. Once he got the ball rolling and got me an approval in principle in a matter of a day! Lorraine took over. Lorraine was always accessible via phone or email and always had solid answers to my questions. Anything that needed to be chased she did so with speed and efficiency and, I am now a proud home owner! couldn't thank you both enough!

1st of all I want to say its only gone and taken me 3 months to write this review. (I never write reviews) But Savannah totally deserves the review she is amazing. We moved into our house a week before Christmas and have been busy settling into our new amazing house since, thanks to the amazing Savannah. The whole mortage process was so stress free and she informed us of everything we needed to know along the way, (i was totally clueless but even she helped me understand it all, that's impressive) nothing was ever a hassle she really does care. Savannah is so friendly and you can really tell she really does love her job. I was recommended to use lion Hart and I really was not disappointed, I will definitely recommend to others and I will be back to Savannah when we need to remortgage or any other needs we have along the way. I have been in the property management for over 4 years now and during this time I have come across many mortgage brokers. But since I have met Savannah, I have never looked for another broker. She is reliable and I never had to chase her for anything, in fact she chases me. She is very passionate in what she does and one of the if not the best in her profession.
