   Appalling and disgusting company. The monthly contract was more than we initially agreed. Tried to continue taking payments even when the contract had ended and sent rude letters depending payment that I didnt owe, despite my bank informing the contract had ended and having to cancel the direct debit themselves.

   One star is far too generous for this company but unfortunately there is no option to leave a zero star rating !!! We didn't choose to be funded by Quantum Funding we thought we had done our research to find a reputable company but it turns out our agreement was then sold or passed onto Quantum Funding by the company we actually choose to deal with, apparently that's perfectly acceptable in the financing world much to our dismay !!! It turns out that the directors of Quantum Funding are also directors of a whole host of other companies, all of a very similar type, all offering finance in an intermingled web of cloak and dagger funding. You may think you are avoiding this company but your agreement could well be with one of their associated companies !!! Check out companies house it makes interesting reading !!! Sadly to our expense our research wasn't thorough enough but you live and learn, so just hope this review helps other small businesses like ours to avoid the pitfalls we encountered, my advice would be to avoid this company and its associated companies at all cost, they have no interest in you other than to extort as much of your hard earned money as possible from you !!!

   Absolutely disgusting company. We changed banks and sent of new DD details but got Charged £15 for a letter, £10 for a phone call, Late payment £35 and threatening external agent letter £75 which would probably be an internal one !! never use and would discuss over phone unless I gave them my personal details!! not company ones.

   Business went in liquidation , Before this I found a buyer and all novation forms done and removal of personal guarantee forms done And submitted ( all evidence retained) - so they could continue and receive their payments in full , they refused at the eleventh hour !!! Won’t accept new guy making the payments (who is an existing a good customer of theirs) , harassing a bullying language used by collections dept to me an unemployed person who has lost business -! My solicitor and IP can’t wrap their head around it either - as they have failed to mitigate loss by unreasonable behaviour - ‘Pay 15k by end of the day’ not acceptable behaviour or the right amount of money which is less as per their recent letters held by me - when they had someone who would pay Awful , awful company - do not do business with them Only negative reviews - says it all

   The inbound telephone team here have absolutely no manners. They are trying to charge extra money for something that they cannot explain. My old business accounts are being shut and they will not accept any kind of payment from the new business account. Asking me to fill in forms and then stating that they want payment from me personally. The gentleman that I spoke with said he didn't feel that he was talking to me in a negative manner but when asked would he talk to a stranger in the street in that manner he wouldn't answer. I felt as though I was doing something wrong when all I wanted to do was change the bank details. Awful customer service 1* is too much for this company.
