   10/10. My fiancé and I can’t recommend Tom and partners financial services highly enough. From the very beginning, which feels like a lifetime ago for us he was professional, prompt and incredibly helpful. We had a long journey due to the complications on the house purchase and he stuck through it helping chase solicitors and any other help or advice we needed. Adaptable to our available times and would be on call to support and answer any questions we had as first time buyers.    We were recommended Tom by work mates and will most definitely be recommending him to our friends and family as well. Everything about this service was efficient and stress-free. We got the mortgage deal we wanted promptly and we were kept regularly updated along the way. During our conveyancing process an issue came up which required the bank to redress - Tom was on the case straight away and got things back on track quickly. Really superb service and when we look at remortgaging in the future we will definitely be using this service again.

   I first used Tom 7 years ago when he was recommended to me by a colleague. I was buying a house with my partner and needed a mortgage. Tom also enabled me to keep my flat end rent it with a small financial help from my dad which I thought wouldn't be possible after talking to another mortgage adviser previously. Tom was great then and has been great recently when I used him to remortgage the house and the flat. We got amazing deals for the house after we decided to remortgage a year early due to the very low mortgage rates. We saved a lot of money even when we take into account the early repayment charge we had to pay. Also got great deals for the flat, just before interest rates increased a lot. Thank you Tom, you are great, saved us a lot of money through the years and enabled me to keep my flat as an investment.
