   Extremely disappointed with the service. They take detailed personal, financial information, promise that they will investigate and never come back to you despite me following up with them a month later. In contrast, my bank was able to issue a mortgage offer within 10 days of me contacting them. Avoid if you need to get your mortgage arranged in any sort of reasonable timeframe. Thanks for replying. I applied in my married name but will message you now.

   Both Hollie and Ryan have helped me with getting my first mortgage. They have been extremely helpful, giving me various different scenarios with different deposits etc. which will have taken them time to collate but means that I am fully in the picture with different ways I can make this mortgage work best for me. I would highly recommend the whole team at FirstXtra. They are extremely professional whilst also being friendly and approachable.
