   If I could, I wouldn’t even give one star. Horrible service, I’ve never seen anything like it. My partner and I went there to see if we could sell a bag, as that’s the purpose of a Cash Converter. After taking photos and contacting (I don’t know who) by email, the salesperson in front of us informed us that “the person in charge of investigating bags doesn’t want to give us a price at all, otherwise they’ll insult us.” SORRY INSULT US !!!!!!!!! This personn should not work anymore !!!!! I really want to take legal action. What a shame to speak like that. In this case, even the salesperson—or whoever it is—shouldn’t have mentioned what the investigator said by email. They’re all incompetent, unprofessional, and I would even say racist because of barrier language for wanting to insult simple customers like us who were just trying to resell a bag to them . We deserve respect,this behavior is unacceptable. The salespersonn should not have shared such inappropriate comments with us . Thankfully, another company more professional, accepted to take our bag without any issue. I strongly advise against going to this place.

   I went in today with my teenage daughter to sell a digital camera as we're saving up for something else now. The staff were lovely & friendly, really helpful, explained everything. They went above & beyond to sort things out for us & the transaction went smoothly. My daughter was really pleased with what she received & we'll definitely be back again. Also, really clean & covid safe if that's something that concerns you!

   The staff, especially a slim, bold fella with a goaty is really accommodating and will do everything to help you, for example if the item is due to be redeemed today but you will have the money only in couple of days and you have been doing business with the shop for a while then it only takes a phone call and I am 100%certain that you won't loose your item. Staff understand they clients and will do they best. Value of your item will get you round 35% of retail prices and the loan charge is hefty but it's a last minute option to save your butt till either payday or benefit payment. So if you want a top dollar for your item then you are in the wrong place. So it's a small but helpful little shop in Reading.

   Firstly, Have had a really pleasant online shopping experience here, with constant update emails about my items, with a quick and easy paying sercive. I would give this company 5 stars, only the Reading brance no longer sell items in store, which is a bit of a shame, and it would be really good if online there was a paypal methood option. I haven't recieved my item yet, but it had a really detailed decription, and easily found (with many reaults) when searched for. Thanks for a pleasent shopping experience so far.
