   I was in desperate need of an accountant. Was left worried and dropped by a previous company who wasn’t interested in helping me understand what my business needed. Luke is so understanding and knowledgeable he really got to know my business quickly and helped with great advice to get going in the right direction. I have spoken to him on irregular hours because that worked better for my needs and is so supportive. The most important factor for me is that they charge a monthly subscription rather than larger annual bills so is very cost effective for cash flow. I will never be lost again and I’m positive with their support I will continue to run a successful business. If I could give 10 stars I would.

   We started using Raw Accounting a few months ago and we couldn’t be happier with their service. The switch from our previous accountant was seamless. We are pleased to say some of our processes such as payroll have already been streamlined to ensure we run more efficiently. However, the thing we are most pleased about is the personal service and having an accountant who genuinely cares. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are always on hand to offer guidance where needed. I cannot recommend Luke and his team highly enough for anyone looking for a first-rate accountancy service.

   I’ve been working with Luke and the team at RAW for nearly 2 years now and I’d highly recommend them to any SME business owner looking for an accountancy practice to proactively manage their bookkeeping, payroll and accounting functions. RAW seem to have a different approach that focuses on accuracy, high levels of communication and sage advice - what Luke doesn’t know about tax probably hasn’t been thought of yet!    Raw Accounting are fantastic. I stumbled across Luke whilst looking to avoid the "one size fits all", impersonal accounting solutions that other practices provide. From the beginning Luke has proven to be professional, prompt and incredibly approachable. Getting setup for both corporate and income tax have been absolutely painless. The software they provide is far better than other solutions available, and costs are very respectable. I would not hesitate to recommend Raw Accounting to anyone. If you're an SME looking for a charter accountant, do yourself a favour and give them a call.
