   The team at PJK Associates are simply fantastic, they could not have offered a better service despite the fact our purchase was delayed due to our first property falling through. It had been a long time since my partner and I had secured a mortgage and moved and Peter could not have done more to help us understand all the different options in regards to both the mortgage and various protection insurances which was really reassuring. On top of this they were able to recommend solicitors and surveyors saving us time. We were also particularly impressed by the round the clock work done by PJK Associates which helped us benefit from a preferential mortgage rate as the paperwork was done to ensure it was completed before the base rate rise happened. I have recommended PJK Associates to many friends and family and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you to all the team!
