   Phoned up for a quotation and spoke with a cracking guy called Steve. Really friendly and professional and he went about getting me a quotation. I must say the price was very competitive and he clearly explained all levels of cover and how it works etc. I wasn't ready to proceed so I suggested he called me in a couple of weeks to set up. Right on the nail he phoned back and we set up the policy. Whilst going through everything he remained professional in his job but at the same time had a normal chat. Would highly recommend JCB Insurance Services and also a personal thank you to Steve.

   I’m glad I have found better and cheaper insurance elsewhere. JCB insurance used to be really good but I have left very disappointed and a letter trying to fob me off does not make things right nor better. In my opinion any driver should mean any driver but JCB insurance and their underwriters state that drivers who have any convictions must be disclosed before they can drive and this may incur additional costs or restrictions. This never used to be the case and is typical of modern times changing for the worse and trying to extract more money from people

   Bad experience as a delivery driver One way system and you have to find it before entering bay 8, a very SMALL traffic light, if you pass it on red you MUST go all the way round. The thing is if you drive from the bay 5 you can't see even if there is a traffic light
