   Very happy to share our experience. The staff are very helpful and we are very pleased with the service we have received to date. It is so good to deal with a small office where you feel listened to and assured of excellent service. All documents arrived on time and i have found the staff to be courteous and cheerful whenever i have called - such a lovely change from some of the bigger companies we deal with where we are assured that our call is very important to them but they still keep you waiting long enough to bake a cake, do the washing and watch five episodes of Antiques Roadshow! Happy to deal with this company who are united in working together to provide a great experience and would highly recommend.

   I recently worked with Charlie Pask at The Home Insurer to reinsure a purpose-built block of flats. This was not the simplest property to cover, as four units are rented as Airbnbs while the others have been sold. There were also notes of refurbishment, and although I had most of the required details, some information was missing at the start. Throughout the process, Charlie was exceptionally patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, guided me through what was needed, and waited while I confirmed building material details with the landlord. His communication and follow-ups were outstanding, and at no point did I feel rushed or that my questions were silly, quite the opposite, he made the whole experience stress-free. Thanks to Charlie’s expertise, we secured a fantastic quote that was far better than anything we could have found ourselves. He clearly understood both my needs as a client and the specific requirements of the property. Despite the complexities, the process was smooth and surprisingly pleasant because of his professionalism and personable approach. Charlie is an absolute asset to The Home Insurer; polite, approachable, and extremely competent. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
