    Went to buy a present for a dog and couldn't pay by card for some reason. The staff is absolutely brilliant. Jadviga suggested buying the same item online and choosing to have it collected from the store. We sorted it in 10 minutes. Later, I had to come back and exchange the size. Just before they closed, I managed to do that within 5 minutes again. All on 24th Dec, by the way. Your was very much appreciated! Superstar lady! Thank you so much

Not only is it hugely accessible, located just off the Waitrose car park but the staff are extremely helpful and the products are high end and are exciting e.g. Doggie mince pies and multiple different flavoured bones - as well as dog collar engraving on site.
