Wanted to say a big shout out to Hayley who was exceptional in helping me prepare for our new arrival and then support my daughter to choose things for her new puppy. She was so kind and helpful and lovely with our new puppy - Georgie. This made such a difference. She helped choose and pop her coat on! Thank you Hayley !

I love this store. The staff are SO friendly and knowledgable. I feel they are really interested and want to help rather than just sell me something. I teach customer service & 'outstanding' is rare to find (as we all know) but that's how good they are :), very happy customer!
The PetsCorner in Fleet is amazing . Our puppy started at the Saturday puppy club and has now graduated but absolutely loves popping in most days . The staff are incredible and are super knowledgeable about the products. It doesn't feel like a shop experience at all !! Coco thinks it is home from home. I have been to other PetsCorners and lovely but none compare to the service levels of Fleet . The staff are the reason we come back!
I always find the staff here incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about pets. They’re well-trained and always happy to help with advice. I’d been struggling to find the right cat litter after trying countless brands with little success. After visiting their Fleet store and speaking with the team, I finally found one that works brilliantly — excellent performance with no unpleasant smells, and it’s made cleaning so much easier (Felipure Ultra).
I shop here a lot as it's local and has everything we need. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I particularly wanted to mention when we went in just before Christmas to buy a new dog bed - they were very busy but still extremely patient with us and helped us get what we needed.
I am a regular customer at Pets Corner Fleet. I have left a review before. Will continue to be happy with their service. The staff are always friendly Helpful. And know their stuff. I visited the store today. I just wanted to mention Zac. He kindly helped us to our car with our purchases. He carried a 12kg bag of dogfood. Which was quite a distance from.the shop. Thankyou Zac. I would recommend Pets Corner Fleet to all my friends.

The staff at the Fleet store are so helpful and knowledgeable. As this is our first puppy we could not have had more informative advice especially from Harry. This will be our only pet shop and we will not hesitate to recommend it.
Pets corner is the only place I will use for my dog, the knowledge of the staff is top notch, the variety of products they provide is unrivalled, and if they don’t have the product you are looking for, they happily advise you on an alternative product which will provide the same end product. Cannot rate pets corner enough. And Luna gets to pick out her own toys or treats, everyone is a winner
