   I got an absolute steal on a 30l fish tank and other items (cuttlebone, thermometer, tank decoration) that i bought here for some arthropods!!! They gave me a really good discount on the tank for Pets Club and even though the staff had no training for insects, they were super helpful in helping me find the tank I was looking for (i mean this in a good way, its not a problem they just dont know about insects and arthropods)!!! Highly recommend

   A good range of products, especially kitten food as I've found it difficult to buy in supermarkets. Ours were a little fussy, nice to have a variety of brands & types to keep them entertained at feed times. Big free carpark, and next to Waitrose, which is an added bonus!

   Since June I’ve visited this store frequently. As a new puppy owner I needed lots of help and advice. Every time Charlotte has been brilliant and patient; other staff very helpful too. Always pleasant and knowledgeable. Good discounts on their VIP app and many offers in the shop.

   Very helpful for my pet needs. Vouchers iffered for me have not been useful and they do not stock the boxed version of Bakers tender chunks for small dogs. But then not all shops can stock everything. This is why i still rate them high. .

   We had a brilliant time in Pets at Home with our 10 week old border collie puppy Willow. The staff were amazing & so helpful. I had to carry my puppy because she only just had her jabs. But I also had my 3 year old son. Everything was perfect. I am amazed how helpful they were. Gave me really good advice and help. Even things I didn't know about being a first time dog owner.
