They delivered to wrong address, we lost £46 and they won't pick up the phone or refund.
Food was hot and fresh. Clean store. Staff friendly .
Food was okay however staff were very rude. I decided to meet a friend for lunch and feed my child who has allergies meaning I had decided to feed my child before ordering. Staff just kept staring giving us some dirty looks. When they come over to ask if we planned to order I explained yes but would prefer to feed my child first. They still continued to stand and stare giving dirty looks.
I had the chicken royal meal. Very expensive for a small hot dog bun with a tiny chicken fillet with 3 pieces of lettuce , also small fries. And I mean small. Will not be visiting again. Staff stood staring at me while I ate too.
Heard the whopper was their signature burger so had a double whopper meal which was £7.99 with cheese. Not impressed! The burger was cold and bland with about a litre of mayo squirted onto it an. The plastic cheese was half hanging out the bun like it had been tossed on from a distance. You get two slices so you'd think they'd be placed between each patty but no they were just slapped on top of one another. Fries tasted like wedges. Place was reasonably clean I suppose but is new and there were about 5 people in there so it should be. Front of house girl was pleasant enough.
100 million% better than the one at Shobnell Retail Park by B&Q. Service is better, cleanliness is better, didn't have to wait at all to be served. Food didn't take ages and always great, hot and tasty. Will definitely be back again.
Good breakfast food was fresh and hot and the staff were brilliant. Even though the manager had a wardrobe malfunction due to no fault of her own she perservered and continued fantastic customer service with a smile. Would recommend any time.
