Visited SPEAR after suffering from a trapped nerve in my neck. Fantastic service all round, easy appointment booking, physio staff very knowledgeable and helped me back to full fitness.
I have MS and been seeing Michelle since last year. Michelle is a fantastic help, she is always kind, thoughtful and friendly and helps a lot with my aches and pains. Thoroughly recommend Spear and especially Michelle with her knowledge and understanding of MS.

I attended sessions with Caroline Frew following pelvis injury as a result of a horse riding fall. The support, care and expertise from start to finish was outstanding. As a result of this my recovery has been quick and smooth and I am grateful to be back riding. I went to Spear and seen Connor after damaging a tendon on my foot. He was very friendly and helpful especially when explaining where and how the tendons worked. He gave me exercises to suit me and also sent videos to make sure doing them right at home. Also reassuring that you are getting better. I definitely would go back
I went years ago to the branch in ASV and recently required some urgent physio on my neck/shoulder. Booking was quick and easy which usually in other business’s can be a nightmare. I saw Cathleen on my first visit to Westhill and Connor on my second. Both were absolutely fantastic - both very caring and understanding but most importantly - they listened. After thorough physio from both, I’m well on my way to recovery and will just need to do my exercises as advised. All in all, outstanding service and will (have already) recommend to others! Thanks again guys!
Visited Spear after a calf injury, Julia Roth took care of me in an extremely professional, kind and friendly way. Getting me back to 100% and giving confidence to get active again! Super recommended!!!
Connor diagnosed my shoulder impingement in a matter of minutes. With in two sessions I felt a huge difference and was able to train again. He provided me with bands and lots of advice to aid my healing. Would highly recommend, he provides an excellent service and his knowledge is second to none.
